Training & Workshops

SNT have a range of workshops to choose from to support and develop knowledge and understanding around specific areas of autism and behaviour.

Our workshops are ideal for parents who are experiencing difficulties at home and professionals who are supporting families and individuals with the additional needs.

Training and Development

SNT offers a range of Training programs which are already being used in Local authorities, schools and organisations around Wales.

We have set training packages in DIR, Autism and behaviour. As well as this we will look to tailor training to your needs and will work with you to develop a training program that will fit your needs like we did recently when a local Authority requested we develop a package to support taxi drivers and escorts of SEN children going to schools. This training has now been sourced outside of the authority where it was originally developed due to its success.

Our training packages start off from 2 hour courses which are perfect for twilight training to half and full day courses ideal for inset and training days. Our two day introductory DIR course offers a greater insight into the model and gives delegates the opportunity to reflect on practice from real life school, home and organisational settings.

The DIR introductory course is a two day course suitable for parents and professionals.
