Sian Nash

Managing Director

Sian Nash, (BSc Psychology) has worked with children with ASD and other related disorders for the last 15 years. She has extensive experience with children with challenging behaviour and has worked in many different establishments. Sian has had extensive training within the field, having trained with ABA, TEECH, PECS,VB, but Sian concentrated on the DIR® (Developmental, Individual, Relationship based intervention) model to enhance her skills and knowledge within the field of special needs. She gained her DIR certification in December 2010 and is the first person in the UK to gain the certificate.

Sian also provides consultations and training sessions to many professionals around Wales, including teachers, SLP’s, OT’s and psychologists. Within the last 3 years, Sian has been employed within Ysgol Hen Felin special school as a DIR / Behaviour consultant. Her input has seen a direct impact on standards within the school and on pupil attainments. She is currently working with Pembroke Dock School developing the model and has been asked to roll out the model to a number of other schools in the Pembrokeshire Local Education authority. Sian will also be a key note speaker at the all Wales National Conference for Special Schools

Jade Williams

Speech & Language Therapist

Jade Williams (BSc Hons Speech and Language Therapy) has 7 years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum in a variety of roles.  Jade started volunteering for Celebrate The Children UK in 2009 where she was introduced to the DIR/Floortime approach at their Social Skills groups and Summer Camps. She is now the Coordinator of and a coach for the DIR Social Skills groups and Summer Camps.After graduating as a Speech and Language Therapist in 2012 she joined SNTraining in 2013 aiming to bring the DIR philosophy into her work as a Speech and Language Therapist. Jade provides individualised Speech and Language input depending on the individual’s unique profile. Jade also provides Floortime coaching for parents at home and in schools through Parent Partnership schemes and also to education staff.Jade is currently undergoing the Professionals Certificate in the DIR model (Basic Course). In October 2016 Jade visited the Celebrate The Children school in New Jersey and observed the Speech and Language Therapists integrating the DIR model into their work. She also attended the conference run by Profectum in New York.
